OLC is pleased to share a Call for Papers for an upcoming Special Issue of Kybernetes, a long-established and highly reputable Q1 journal published by Emerald Publishing.

The Special Issue focuses on:

Leadership and Governance in Complex Learning Systems: Risk, Knowledge and Entrepreneurship

The Special Issue is co-edited by Dr Christopher Bamber, alongside an international editorial team, and welcomes:

Conceptual papers
Theory-led empirical studies
Methodological contributions

We particularly encourage submissions that demonstrate:

Applied and practice-informed research
Multidisciplinary perspectives
Relevance to knowledge-intensive institutions

This Special Issue contributes to debates on the viability and resilience of learning organisations and aligns with key UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3, 4, 8, 9, 16 & 17).

We would strongly encourage our colleagues, doctoral researchers, and practitioner-academics within the OLC's network to share and consider submitting, especially work with applied impact and international relevance.
