BTEC Level 7 Certificate, Diploma and Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership programme is a level 7 qualification that aims to provide you, the student, with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to be an effective leader in a variety of senior management settings.
Successful completion of the programme will lead to the award of BTEC Level 7 Certificate, Diploma and Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson.
You must be over 18 years old and it is recommended that you have either of the following:
Managerial, Business or Leadership type qualification at level 5, such as HND or Foundation Degree Award.
And you must have achieved
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Numeracy and Literacy qualifications at Level 2.

Certificate will be one module Diploma will be two modules and Extended Diploma will be six modules You can choose to pay your tuition fee up-front or apply for ELCAS credit if you are a service leaver from the UK Forces. (Discount often available for Uniformed Veterans.

You will study one module for the certificate and three modules for the diploma. An example of the 6 modules you will study for the extended diploma are:
Each module will require you to produce a written assignment that compares and contrast theories of strategic management or leadership with your real world experiences.
You will be taught by academics that have relevant senior leadership and industry experience and subject specialisms that will help support your learning journey.
This course is taught using blended learning techniques and is very flexible in terms of when you commit to study. Materials are available on line through a virtual learning environment and the tutor provides face to face teaching for each module and virtual support through Microsoft Teams and email correspondence.
